Spec screenplays

Here I showcase some of my spec screenplays.  Film was my first love and I still enjoy writing screenplays, but I've gained ground in the short story/memoir game and I'm sticking to it, for now.  Like they say, "you always remember your first."

 

  • That Warm Feeling & Rock, Papper, Scissors- Short spec script developed for NHMC's script competition held some years back. I've since forgotten the name of the competition, especially since I didn't place. 

  • Let's Dance- Another short spec script developed for Disney's Launch Pad (writers category). No placement. 

  • Mind Fuck- Short spec script was written up for a digital film class at Oxnard College. Good times. We roughly followed the script while filming.

  • Loteria- Short spec script was written up for a film class at Oxnard College. Again, it was fun trying to adhere to the script.

  • El Tiempo Pasa-Short spec script for a Spanish class at UCSB

  • Goya Visita I.V.- Short spec script for a Spanish course at UCSB

  • Turnabout- This was my final for a screenwriting class at Oxnard College. Very insightful class.
